Remember when Jordy said a couple weeks ago that Scott called Nick for “advice” and everybody melted? Lol

Even if Saban were an option, he turns 70 this year. How long does he realistically have left as a coach?

You're totally right, scratch Saban off the list guys. Too old

What incentive does he have to make the move? He’s already the highest paid coach and he’s winning National Championships every other year at Bama. At 70 I highly doubt he’d want to start over.

He has nothing left to prove and gains nothing by leaving Tuscaloosa to come to Baton Rouge. He has everything he could ever need where he is. This is his last stop. Why in the world would he leave to go to Baton Rouge and be constantly scrutinized and pressured to replicate what he created at Bama? His next stop is retirement.

How in the hell do you know what Saban wants or needs or has? It's funny listening to all of the "experts" who know what's best for these multi-million dollar coaches. Have it ALL figured out! Newsflash...if Saban wants to come back, he will. If Lincoln Riley wants to coach at LSU, he will. That's despite your expertise and uncanny ability to crawl into these coaches heads and read their minds in an almost Nostradamus like fashion.

Ditto…we don’t need to hire a 70 year old coach. Aging coaches have a tendency to not know when to step down and their programs suffer. Remember Fulmer, Paterno, Bowden, Lloyd Carr…
