Because there is absolutely no reason for him to leave Oregon. He's in the title hunt, has a good recruiting base, an easy conference, and NIKE.

Pretty cush job.
And probably the best job security in America outside of Nick Saban. The guy brought Oregon higher than anyone ever and has electrified a fanbase with his offense. (oh and he's good pals with Phil Knight).
USC is down (and will stay down with Laney) and the Pac-10 (12) is ripe for the takeover.

Oregon recruits well bc they can recruit nationally (particularly Texas and Cali) but they dont have a great recruiting base. Florida has a good recruiting base.
