Who is the next Mike Zimmer?

Basically a great long-time coordinator who keeps getting passed over head coaching jobs, finally gets his opportunity and ends up doing very well. For example, I think Manny Diaz will end up being a hell of a head coach if/when a school gives him an opportunity.
