I'm pretty sure its Cecil Collins....His donations of cigarettes and playing cards put him near the top of the pack...

ok, it's a toss-up; even steven; a horse race; too close to call; wire to wire; even odds, etc, etc. basically, no one outside of the miles family knows at this point. and i'll bet he's being lobbied by them big time.
