I think this is Andy Reid's last year. Chiefs will open, but probably just promote Spags.
If Buffalo can't get out of the AFC where the Bengals and Ravens are terrible, and the Chiefs look average, then it's probably time for McDermott to go as well.

I can see the Dolphins making a move. Daboll will likely get another year or two, they are rebuilding and now that Dart is starting, they look a lot better.
The Bengals might be making a move. But with Burrow out, it probably bought Taylor another year.
The Browns actually have a really good coaching staff, but a terrible front office. Stefanski could land another job in a minute.
It will never happen, but it's time for the Steelers to make a move as well.
