I think it's possible considering how things go down in the offseason. I can't see the GM staying employed after all the financial and talent problems he has saddled the Jets with. He is suppose to be a cap wizard, but the only cap he knows his way around is a dunce cap. He has made too many overreactions based off single games, which resulted in a 1st round slot CB and a 1st round DL who can't find his way on to the field in the 43 or 34 right now.

New GM + Old GM's HC = possible trouble

I think if they make the decision to cut Rex, they are going for a full reboot. They trade Tebow and Holmes out if they can, and see if they can do anything with Sanchez's contract. It really won't do them much good to dump him completely due to the hit they'll take.
