Which new coach has more to prove?

Of the new hires which one will have more to prove to the fan base?
I think that whoever Tennessee hires may have the roughest time to prove he was the right guy. The Vols fan base was set on Gruden or bust, it seems.

Yep, the extreme pressure would deter me from going there.
Why would Strong go to UT when he can make just as much at UL with less pressure to win?
I can buy the SEC prestige argument, but that comes with its challenges that the job at UL will never have.
