I think Petrino will keep BVG on as DC. I'm really beginning to think Petrino is the best available coach AU can get.

He isn't that great of a DC. He was below average at Atlanta, and horrible at Auburn. I didn't follow CFB when he was at Georgia, but I assume they had better athletes

Yeah, he was a great DC at UGA. He didn't really have a chance to get started at Auburn. And Saban/Spurrier shows the NFL performance doesn't necessarily translate to college performance.
If we didn't have Grantham at UGA, I'd take him back in a heartbeat... minus the mustache.
I could see him being a head coach in college, and hiring an offensive whiz from out west for OC.
