What's the difference between South Carolina and Texas?

Texas has fell off completely and don't see them going back to what they once were. Other than Texas having a shite ton of money, what difference do they have?

Texas has over 885 wins which puts them #2 all time. Darryl K royal was an iconic coach that helped them drum up many wins and won national titles. They are the legit #1 program all time in a state where football is king. I see your argument, but no they are not in comparison. They have all the money in the world, but they let their bat shite crazy boosters and obnoxious fans ruin their program. Could they bring it together? Sure but it will take a lot of work. Bama proves that you can hire the right coach with an AD that can keep the boosters in check and turn on it around. Remember bama was going down the same road as Texas pre Saban.
