What's the big deal with Kiffen?.....

I just don't see it. From coordinator in college straight to HC on an NFL team. Absolute, total failure as HC in NFL and now he seems to be such a great choice for a big time program like Tenn. I just don't see it. It could work or, on the other hand, be one major disaster.

USC...His offenses paled in comparison to Chow's. Actually, this years offense looks better.
Sperm...See Mike Shula and many others.

So why not hire the dad as HC? My point is that he does not appear to be HC material but I could be proven wrong.

Are you serious?
He actually had Oakland playing pretty well and playing close to good teams. They just have no OLine or DLine and the worst owner of all sports.
He was fired very prematurely and never really given a true shot. But, he had the team playing better than they had played in 4-5 years.
