I just do not share the same shock and awe for Jack Del Rio's coaching acumen and resume that others on this board have.

I completely agree. Getting the Oklahoma State coach and the Jacksonville Jaguars coach is a lateral move.

At least (the very least) when you say Jack DelRio to a recruit he won't say "Who?"
(I don't think Miles was well known by recruits before he came here)
