Will it be the eccentric bloviating Western Michigan man?

I know what the word means.

I don't think you do. It makes absolutely no sense here. But I just realized you're the retard that started the thread with the LSU comparison to UT so I'll give you a break since you're obviously mentally challenged.

Don't mean to question your vocabulary prowess, but if you watched Fleck's most recent press conference and still think the word is used out of context, then you are the challenged one.

I'd rather take the chance on Fleck than have another Miles situation with Jimbo

Why does Herman not need to go to a p5 school before a job like LSU?

Houston beat a good Okie team that's still being considered for a CFP slot.

Western Mich football team got by Northwestern by 1 point and smashed Illinois.

I know the question was posed to someone else, but Houston practically is a P5 job for all intents and purposes.

I like Fleck.. Quite a bit actually.... But I totally understand the reality of the situation... Fleck can't get a Top5-10 job until he moves up the ranks at least one more notch.

If the question is head groundskeeper, maybe.

Because he's like 20 something and 3 in his tenure beating a ton of top ranked teams and he's been a top flight OC everywhere he's been (similar to Aranda) winning a natty with 3 qbs. And before u say Meyer offense look at how they fell off statistically on offense when tom left

Herman has beat a ton of ranked teams as HC and had quicker success. It's really remarkable..

He also has more success as a OC against people like Aranda and Saban

Compare Fleck's first few seasons there

I think he won maybe 1 game his first season?

He's dropped multiple conference games for like 3 to 4 straight seasons even though he's lead his conference in recruiting every season and finally in year 4 or 5 it's paying off and he's winning with more talent in his conference.

I'm sure he's a good coach but not nearly as confident
