So when they leave in a year or two we can have this shite show again? No thanks. Hiring a head coach and relying on coordinators from the beginning is an absolute horrible idea.

I think most are happiest when they have something to bitch about. So it doesn't matter who Aleva hires. They will bitch and complain no matter what. Somehow their football IQ is higher than the people running the program.

When the only argument you can make for wanting a HC is IF we have a top 3 OC and top 3 DC he might be successful. The coach you're using those ifs for is shite
