What if coach O is retained OC/DC

For all of you that believe O should be retained, what if Aranda leaves after this year or next (he won't be around long) and you can't lure a top notch OC. O has already admitted he won't meddle in those 2 areas and he's not qualified to get involved in those 2 areas.
What happens then? His entire coaching success is dependent on making great OC and DC hires. What if those hires don't pan out and what if the hires move on frequently? A head coach at LSU should never be that dependent on other coaches to be successful.

The thing that blows my mind is LSU just got rid of a guy who was like this. I truly feel like I'm taking crazy pills when reading this board on Orgeron.
