By that logic, I imagine you throw Petterson/Paterson our of the window and you are all for hiring Pelini/Leach/Tuberville/Mullen.

For the record, Mullen is the only one on your list that may be an improvement over Miles.

Yeah, but if he is intelligent, he will keep Chavis. All he needs to do is keep up the recruiting success and continue his own success of hiring very productive OCs.

If Graham hires good assistants, he will be successful. Skip Bertman is a coaching legend, but tons of his players will tell you that he didn't coach them a single thing. Instead, he was a phenomenal people-manager and hired incredible assistants. A football head coach can do the same thing.
