I think the deal's been done....

Miles to Michigan
Pelini comes to LSU

I can only hope that the latter is false. But if Alleva is adamant about hiring someone with HC experience, it seems inevitable that this is the case. I don't think Patterson or Mullen come to LSU, although I believe we are head and shoulders above both TCU and Moo State

I am prepared that Miles is gone

I am prepared that LSU will land a solid coach.

Patterson
Pelini
Gruden (don't laugh, same email broke the "Farm" offer to Miles)
Skip holtz
Jimbo
Gus

I would guess on the short list

Whatever happens we need to get behind it. If Miles stays - they guy simply won me over this year. So I'm behind him. If Miles leaves for the mess at UM, I think we get either; Pelini, Briles, or Mullen to come to LSU. I'll take any of those and get behind them full force.

Pelini would be a bad move for LSU.

An ice storm. Had gas for the generator, batteries, food etc...kind of feeling let down right about now.

What existing area of need does Pellini fill, if Les leaves. Wouldn't this potentially mean a complete overhaul of the staff? What big name OC would Pellini be able to land?
