I mean there are three incredible SEC gigs open and nobody wants one of'em? This doesn't make any sense. There may be ten college coaching jobs that could be definitively said are better than these three but if you are a prospective hire can you really wait for one of them to open?

From an outsider's perspective it's kind of strange.

Is it possible when Kentucky completes it's staff that it ends up better off then the rest of those guys in terms of quality hire?

There afraid of a little friendly competition I guess. Hell, all they have to do is beat either Bama and LSU or Florida and Georgia every now and then and get a good bowl game to keep their jobs. What's the f'n problem.

The season only ended two days ago. It just seems like a long time.

You are correct and I suppose in this age of techology we expect everything to happen immediately. On the other hand and even if's only been two days and assuming the schools have actually offered their respective jobs to someone, what is Fedora or Smart or Strong or whomever waiting for?

It's not as easy to get a sitting HC as it would appear. If he's a Candidate, then he's had success where he is and walking into the type competition that is the SEC is pretty intimidating.

I know. I'm just trying to view things from a prospective hire's perspective. These are three incredible opportunities so I don't understand what they're waiting for.
