What is the deal with wanting the big offensive guys. Our offense scores 40 a game. If anything we need a def. guy that keeps Crowton.

He was given a defense in 2000 and won the national championship with his offense

Mike Leach would be a good hire I think, provided Pellini was more consistent in his play calling, or we got another defensive coordinator all together. I think most would agree the offense is not our main problem right now- We do average 40 a game and had no turnovers vs. Arkansas.

Not sure that's going to satisfy the RANTers who have a problem with 3 consecutive 10+ win seasons and only two home loses (both in OT) in the last three years!

This could be Germans or wrong, but I read that Spurrier took a flight to baton rouge recently.
