Well hell I reckon I'll post my letter too (sent to Alleva and all Board Members on 12/28)

Greetings:

Following the epic loss to Troy it was revealed that O had "meddled" with Canada's Offense. This was something O pledged to all of us that he would refrain from doing. He broke that promise, and LSU lost at home to Troy. Who!!??? Troy. But wait, Mr. Griffith, its not that simple. Yes, it is that simple.

Now its being reported that Canada will no longer be the Offensive Coordinator at LSU. Wow! What an embarrassment!! "I'm the head coach. We're going to do what I want to do," says O. Again, just wow! So this guy loses to Troy, finishes 9 & 3, and is now smug and cocky? How can you stand by and allow O to get by with this? It is his fault we're in this situation! What happened to humble O that said he would allow his coordinators to coordinate!?? Its also being reported that Coach Ensminger will be promoted to Offensive Coordinator. So O wants a YES-MAN. Remember, he pledged not to do this. Plus, Ensminger as Offensive Coordinator is preposterous!!! I know he's a wonderful human being, but he is not qualified to be an offensive coordinator in big-time college ball. Against the likes of Sabama and Auburn and others, you have to have a QUARTERBACK-DEVELOPING GURU and a CUTTING-EDGE PLAY-CALLER/SCHEMER. Look at what Clemson does on offense. It's aggressive. It's creative. That's your blueprint. You can't go to battle against Sabama with Ensminger calling the plays. That is absolutely ridiculous, and you know it!

This is not the 20th Century. The old political system of putting yes-man cronies and good ole LSU boys in top positions is over with. There is way, way, way too much money on the line in this day in time.

It is imperative that you step in and take over this "situation." O can wreck this thing in a very big hurry if you allow him to. Have you seen next season's schedule? You are obligated to do right by we alumni and fans. You must act now.
