What were Saban and Miles records before they came to LSU? It isn’t always the guy who’s won a lot that becomes the next big coach.

The program is in the gutter compared to when ogre took over let alone when Saban left.

Miles - 28-21 (.571) - 4 years at Oklahoma St
Saban - 43-26-1 (.614) - 1 year at Toledo & 5 years at Michigan St
Campbell - 76-48 (.613) - 5 years at Toledo & 6 years at Iowa St
There are worse options than Matt Campbell, for sure. He's kind of a bitc* but he can coach.

saban turned mich state relevant. not a bcs champ game.
not even a ny6 type bowl.
just pretty good.
miles likewise had okie lite competitive.
his last season okie lite was up a million on Texas who they had not beat in ever but tex mopped the floor with ok st in an incredible 2nd half comeback/utter collapse.
therefore
i was disappointed in miles hire.
saban i expected to turn it around.
