Jimmy Ott said Aranda has expressed interest in the head coaching job.
To answer your question on recruiting; I recall several recruits from last year speak about confidently fitting in Aranda's system after their visit with Aranda occurred. Seems to me Aranda closed the deal on several highly ranked defensive prospects.
