Was Texas hiring Sark a more risky hire than if we hired Freeze

I don’t think he was riskier than Freeze
The problem with Freeze is he has so many eyes/targets on his back from the SEC and NCAA, don’t know if we want that kind of attention and scrutiny going forward
Sark didn’t really have any NCAA baggage, just alcohol baggage that really wasn’t too big of a deal in the grand scheme. FWIW I think Sark is gonna do great at Texas, he’s a really good coach.
Sark and Kiffin are very similar candidates and have very parallel/comparable histories IMO

With all the investigation going on and people looking at LSU do you really fricking think they would hire you freeze who was hiring prostitute or Lane Kiffin

Sark was nothing more than an alcoholic. Freeze was probably snorting lines of coke on prostitutes for all we know and of course the recruiting stuff. Freeze is a way bigger risky hire which is why nobody has really shown an otherwise good coach interest.

I think Sark will do well too. Just hope we don't rule out some very good coaches whose morals fall somewhere between Ed O and the Pope.

Dude, Freeze isn't getting a Head coaching job in the SEC very soon. At least not until his phone records can't be found.
