He not only meddled, they basically tried to reinstall the previous year’s offense and let Steve run it. That’s what Dellenger was saying this morning.
Do people now see why we didn’t trust this man to run his own program ?

I firmly believe that O is canning Canada just to give himself an excuse for next season's inevitable failure. You can easily see the propaganda now: "You can't expect Coach O to win 9 games with that schedule, a new QB, and installing a new offense! Give him time!". If you haven't learned anything by now, he is slick enough to always have an out and an excuse. Like, out of nowhere, pegging this season as a "rebuilding year".

Probably feels he was ordained HC and is now somehow divinely inspired to manage offense. I really don’t know. Most people, especially those in leadership roles, figure out their strengths, play to them, then leverage others to handle the other areas. He apparently is over reaching on management of the offense, but has clearly maximized his strength in the politics game.
