UW reportedly “very intrigued” by Dave as well as USC

UW and USC are great schools and have great football tradition. However, if they want a real FB coach, they will need to move football up the priority list.

I don't think Washington has a shot in the world but USC does. There is a lot of allure there for Dave unfortunately.

You mean besides Chris Peterson? You are correct in that football is no where near King like the South, but it does matter. Pre Woody at Udub, obviously not so much. He certainly helped change that as a higher priority. Udub and Berkeley have big time money but are more focused on academics.

I think there’s zero chance for Dave to come here.

Huge gap from bud era to Woody coming here. Didn’t feel the need to go back that far in history.

You made a point bud. The football program prior to Woody coming here was absolutely atrocious. Let’s not forget about the worst three years in Udub history.
