Washington is like the best place to poach coaches from. That university breeds great coaches for some reason. Go get Fisch and call it a day.

He doesn't have UW in his long term plans. Might as well leave now. Much better of a situation than when DeBoer left in January after the transfer portal closed. Completely gutted the roster due to the timing. UW has a chance to get someone in quickly and salvage things.
