I get having respect for Sullivan he’s a good coach but frick there are guys that can recruit and coach up the WRs. It’s sinikar to Pete...a great tiger but it hurt us on the recruiting trail and that is a fact

As for McMahon I don’t understand that at all.

Do they show 17yr/o kids clips of USC from 2009?

How does a staff of SE/Simmons/Robinson/Joseph tell a HS kid that going to LSU is going to prepare them for a shot at the NFL? How does that staff beat Bama/TAMU/Auburn/Florida?

Makes less sense to hire Ensminger when next recruiting class is suppose to be loaded. What do you tell the recruits? Hey, come play QB for us and our nearly 70-year-old coach Ensminger. Recruit says who? It makes no sense. O truly is a shrimp boat captain running this program.

I was cool w Pete since he’s a legend and you had meatball/Thomas to pick up the slack. McMahon? Just no. Sullivan? I wouldn’t mind him being the wr coach but you gotta recruit at that spot. Joseph is dead weight. Robinson is ok. Cregg can apparently coach but ???? recruiting. Ensminger may actually be our best all around offensive coach right now ( ) don’t frick w his role(especially what he does behind the scenes in recruiting).

Wasnt one of the reasons Les was run off was because he was too old school and stubborn to new ways....

so we hire dudes as old or older than him

That’s really a DiNardo level staff

Say what you want about Les but when he had an opening, he conducted a search. Since O got burned on Canada he seems to want to stick to his network

Les had his fair share of bbq buddy hires but O is taking it to another level.

Who in that group can the kids even relate to? The youngest guy is Cregg at 44

Joseph is 49
Robinson is 54
Ensminger is 59
Simmons is 73

RB is literally the easiest spot to coach in football, juluuke is the first guy to suck at it. You have to be a dog recruiter to pull your weight on staff.

Robinson isn’t delivering there. I think he’s having similar issues as McCarthy had, tons of West coast contacts but those are impossible pulls. He has none where it matters here

Good buzz! I am a good bourbon man!

What doesn't make sense? I'll clarify later if need be.

Wrong . O better get this hire right because we have a killer schedule next year and he won’t get a third year if he messes this one up. .

Ironically it could be Jimbo Fisher that gets O fired.

If LSU has 2-3 or more losses going into the Texas A&M game and loses...watch out.

CEO gets 2018 and 2019
Then he is probably out because the program is in free fall

But Miles et al buyouts are off the books. Alleva is probably promoted/retired and a clean slate of AD/HC for 2020
