Harbaugh will be the coach/GM of the Raiders next year, book it.
The real question is who will the 49ers hire to replace him. Greg Roman will get a look as will David Shaw.

Really thought my 49ers had finally turned the corner with Harbaugh and was going in the right direction. Guess it's back to being mediocre.

IMHO Roman would be a mistake. I would try to pry Vic Fangio loose and let him brim on an offensive coordinator that is good with QB's.
I doubt Shaw leaves Stanford.
