Tulane’s defense was pretty terrible most of the year. I would have fired him at the end of regulation during the Tulsa game.

Curtis has worked under head coach Willie Fritz for the past seven seasons, dating back to the pair’s time together at Georgia Southern. Curtis helped Fritz’s teams post winning records five times in those seven seasons, including 2020.
The Green Wave closed the regular season winning four of their final games, falling only to AAC finalist Tulsa in double overtime. Tulane ranks third in the conference in yards per play (5.54) and third in scoring (27.2 points per game).

Certainly not, although he seems like Brent Venables when compared to Bo Pelini this year.
