wonder if the return of saban would mean the end of the rp era before it begins?

my thinking is RP was done as a Tiger after the varsity incident and they were just going to wait until the off season for him to transfer. They couldn't kick him off the team since he didnt get arrested but anyone connected to the team knows the real story.

and yeah, the rumor is he did stay at Saban's crib for Bama week.

I tend to put more emphasis on the "member since" date than post count. Mid 2005 or before and I tend to give it at least a little benefit of a doubt.
Well I am shocked after seeing your credentials. Who really gives a damn about a post count? That is fricking disgraceful

Fair enough...I put your name in there because you aren't going to just post something without it having some sort of credibility.

Supa - Since you said you are the only poster with a vote (albeit you were the one that voted), how do you see things going down?

I heard the same thing that Supa speaks of, Saban contacted this booster after Bama win over Ark. conceding his misery in Gump-land. Apparently Saban was curious as to what Big Les would do at seasons end with UM job lurking! Yet I have only a couple of posts, therefore not too credible a source huh?

I dont think Miles gets the offer if LSU loses Saturday

I am not 100% that Miles takes the UM offer if he gets it

I think $3mm, the chance to continue with the success at LSU and not moving his family again is more valuable to Miles than people give him credit for.

I think Miles left Michigan a long time ago and it is not the same place it was when he left and he knows it.

I think if LSU wins on Saturday, and he gets the offer from UM but they go cheap ($1.8mm) on him because of the buyout then it is 60% for Michigan whether he takes it

I think if LSU wins on Saturday, and he gets the offer from UM and it is $2.5mm with the buyout then it is 90% he goes

If Miles does take it, then I think Steve Spurrier will be the LSU HC for about 4 years then LSU will try to hire the long term guy we all wish for like Major Applewhite or Derek Dooley or someone else young like them with LSU connections

I think the percentages are about 60% for LSU that we could also see Skip have a PC on Saturday morning and say that LSU has just signed Miles to a nice extension with a raise to $3mm before the SECCG is even played

I had us in the BCSCG so the spirit of the bet was based on that

losing to Arky has taken some of my zeal for the bet away

but I do not welch and i will honor my commitment
