Brian Kelly from Cincy is a great coach and I would Tenn would jump and grab him. Dantonio is also good.

Mark Dantonio would be a great fit for Tennessee. Hard nosed coach whose teams play physical. He has turned that Mich State program around and has instilled a tough, physical mindset in the players and it shows.
Guy is an up and comer. Adding him to the SEC would just make the conference even more of a murderers row.
