It requires a big O line, a solid running game, but you also need a smart capable QB that can run and throw

We basically have that in Lindsey Scott. He's the same height as GWjr, but he's listed 30lbs heavier. He's built like a running back, intelligent, and is accurate.

Herman made it work with Cardale Jones. He could make it work with any QB we have on the roster.

A good coach plays to the strength of his offense.

At Ohio State his offense looked different with each of the 3 quarterbacks he used.

Dude it's a Inside Veer Offense, not even close to an Air Raid. Just because a team decides to throw it, doesn't make it an Air Raid

You should watch OSU on offense. That is what Hermans offense will be when he has elite athletes. UH right now doesn't have the athletes everywhere but he makes it work prett good at 17-1

You should have to take and pass a test to post on this board.

Where he is even more wrong is that the offense is run first

How can a run first offense be air raid?

Ask that moron

He ran the Smashmouth Spread at Ohio State where he had the bigger players across the board, depth, with a 6'5" 250 QB. He is running a Run-Pass-Option with Tempo, 4WR, spread at Houston.
