If there was genuine interest from TH, does anyone know if he ever visited our state and campus when discussions were heating up?
If we look at it from a different perspective (through our own eyes), how many of you have ever accepted a job without visiting your company's local, regional or home office?
Would you accept a job sight unseen simply for money?

Most coaches in situations like this take the job without visiting the campus.

We don't actually know whether we actually expressed any interest.
The main "sources" for this bullshite were ESPN and a handful of Internet trolls who were treated as gods.

And perhaps that is part of the problem with the coaching carousel that exists today.
Loyalty, dedication and commitment mean nothing. Personally, I'm glad to see CEO get a chance as the head man. Yes, I certainly see the other side of the argument. I truly do. But, I believe that because of his past failures that he experienced will be one of the reasons why he will be successful at LSU.
