Thoughts on Broderick Fobbs?

He's put a heck of a turn around on Grambling after being hired in 2014.
2012: 1-10
2013: 1-11
2014: 7-5
2015: 9-3
2016: 12-1
2017: 10-1
2016 was a 10 point loss at Arizona, 2017 started with a blowout loss to Tulane.
Sure the level of competition isn't great but he took over an absolute dumpster fire program at the time. He interviewed for ULM in 2015 but that's been the only smoke I've seen around his name. He seems like a prime candidate to move up to a lower level G5 job.
