Yeah, I think Charles has overlooked the inherent racial bias in his own position, which is no white coach should be considered. That was his position on the BBall hire, that a black coach and only a black coach would have been acceptable. Which is also why he got booted off the committee before the hire was made. Can't have someone with hiring input dead set on making race, whatever race that might be, a qualification.
