I just cant get past that there was o actual search of any kind. He targeted and offered Jimbo, but refused to accept the conditions of the counter offer, and waited on O to win out.
Then Florida happened
So he then reaches out to Hermans peeps. Who had not been contacted during the whole 2 month search. WTH?? Not one person has been identified as having been interviewed. Mainly because JA (short for jackass) made this call before most teams season had even ended.
I mean, at least, make a show of it for goodness sakes. Bring in a half dozen coaches this week, and then act like O was the guy. We could of at least known the future of Aranda and Kiffin, before we made this call.
Such an emotional, reactionary, lightweight our AD is

I felt the same way. He could have interviewed 10 more candidates and reached the same conclusion. He got his feelings hurt. We are stupid....
