O is better than Bill Stewart was, but that isn't saying much. He couldn't recruit worth shite.

This is much more like DiNardo with better recruiting. He was good enough to win games and at least keep the West interesting when he had Watts and Reeves, but once they were gone and he made bad replacement hires.....

This is what scares me. The basement isn't quite as low with O, because Sweaty also let the talent level and especially the depth drop off with bad recruiting moves. But it only took two years for the wheels to come off after he appeared to have the program on the way up.
