Is there any actual info that suggests that Ken Norton Jr. is going to Tenn, other than the word of one fan?
I can't imagine why a guy from LA would leave his job for the exact same position at UT and no chance at becoming the DC for the next 5-10 years. At USC, he could probably be their next DC, once Nick Holt gets an offer from another school. Considering how much they are giving Coach O, I doubt the Vols can give Norton a substantial raise either.

I see no chemistry in TN's staff. You hire a kid who got FIRED by the Raiders, who promptly turned their season around for the better after he was gone. He hires his 90 y.o. old man, that is just weird. Is Monte going to get all pissed off and beat up reporters who question his son? Then they pay nearly $1M for a freakin' POSITION COACH. I think you guys whiffed, shoulda hung onto Fat Phil, or hired Will Muschamp, Charlie Strong or Turner Gill.
