isn't because Steve E is the best choice. Ultimately, he may be the only choice. Think about it this way.

Would an OC looking for a golden ($$$) opportunity want to be Orgeron's OC after the Canada fiasco? I'm sure both share in the blame for what happened this year. Would you trust O to give you the autonomy to run your offense and potentially jeopardize your future gigs as an OC or HC? Is the potential salary worth the career risk?

Ensminger may be sold to us as a great choice that the entire staff and players wanted, but the truth of the matter is he may be the only applicant who would risk working for O. Perhaps that's why we're hearing so few names mentioned as candidates interviewed.

You’re gonna get DVd but this is the million dollar question. The hire will answer it. If it’s Ensminger, the answer is ‘no’

Agree. I replied to a post earlier and expressed these exact possibilities.

you act as if this stuff doesn't occur just about everywhere. coaches get fired all the friggin' time. an up and comer would come to LSU for a big raise and a chance at a HC position if he's successful.

believe me, Canada's not going to be unemployed long and he profited handsomely while at LSU and in termination.

the REASON there are so few OC names being floated about is that LSU ain't floatin' 'em. capice? our brilliant message board fan base is in the dark and it's killing them.

If an OC comes here and turns the offense around, they will get a HC gig with the quickness.

Yeah, every OC is knocking the doors down to come work for Orgeron after he meddled in Canada's offense and fired him after a year. And work for Alleva too. Lmfao.

Time to burn this shite show to the ground and start over. Only coaches retained should be Aranda and Raymond.

Careful, your logic & reason are showing. That doesn't play well here.
