The perfect answer to the coaching job if both coachs leave.

Hire Spurrier and Saban both, and have a co-head coaches. Saban handles only defense and Spurrier only offense.

If they can't agree, Moffitt breaks the tie. They'll form sort of a triumverate.
I'd even have Moffitt take over the Special Teams
("Tackle that no good SOB or I'll kill you! Kick the ball through the uprights or I'll break you in half! Let a guy through to block a punt and you'll answer to me, RIGHT after!")
That's good coaching right there.

Saban coaches punt return, field goal blocks, and kick offs. Spurrier coaches punts, field goals, and kick returns
