From what people around the situation have told me, Canada just did not get along with the staff. It wasn't just Orgeron that he didn't get along with, he had conflicts with a few other coaches on staff. I don't believe it was anything too big, but obviously significant enough for both groups to part ways.
Also, he was always complaining about not getting his way, which is understandable from an OC play calling standpoint. I believe more went on behind closed doors that helped with his departure. I don't think Canada made his best effort to adjust and be a change for this program, which is why I'm not upset to see him leave the program. Best luck to him

This reason Canada was hired is very simple. The hiring of O by Alleva and the board had one major caveat - hire a marquee and prominently recognized OC. Canada’s star was bright with big numbers at Pitt, awards, and a W over the national champs - Clemson. Check. Alleva drove this shotgun marriage. The miscalculation was that Canada’s disposition and ability to work with others was not good (4 jobs-4 Years). He is an insubordinate bitch whose offense was lackluster ( look at our dysfunction early in the year). O tried to make alterations which is his prerogative as HC. This is where he and Canada’s and relationships with others on the staff fell apart. From what I hear, Aranda was not a supporter of Canada and had input in the final decision.
