The issues with the coaching search!

Everyone wants this perfect hire with no issues with him at all and it just isn't there. The only coach that doesn't have any issues would be Saban and that shipped sailed 12 years ago.
So whoever the coach is that will be our next coach will undoubtedly have some issues, it is just a matter of how many and how minor they are. Of all the legitimate names thrown out on this board you can literally make good cases for and against them.
So people just need to CHILL and let the process play out and hope and pray that Alleva does a good job hiring the right coach to guide our Tiger's for the next 10 years!!!!
