The argument is that OU isn’t as good a job in the SEC as it is in the Big 12, their defenses aren’t that bad because of the scheme, it’s because they haven’t gotten players on that side of the ball and it’s going to be exposed more in the SEC
I don’t know if that’s an argument Riley would buy though.

LSU would have to contact him and say we're paying you crazy money 10 million+ to come here. He'd seriously listen then but I guarantee he'd give OU an opportunity to match. He wouldn't just take it.
