The easiest thing to do is pick apart every coaching candidate on Earth and think

Every coach is going to be held up to Saban and you’ll ask “why aren’t you Saban”

The best coaches you have to hope the answer is “because I’m at some podunk school and can’t compete with these resources”

The worst are “because I’m no where near the recruiter or the Xs and Os coach.”
