Thats not comparing the coaches dumbass. Youre listing things that should disqualify Herman. Im showing you that even the best coach in cfb DOES THOSE THINGS.
The simple fact that you dont know the difference proves your ignorance.

You act like we should think this is worse than never being offered a coaching job above dline. Its cute.

Wait. What did orgeron do?
Did he run the offense?
Did he run the defense?
Did Hermguy run the offense when Houston put up 303 total yards in the 38-16 loss to SMU? Did he run the offense when Houston put up 296 total yards against Tulane?
This thread is not about the LSU head coach. This thread is about the mistake LSU almost made. The guy who loses to inferior teams when he is favored. The guy who finished in sixth place in the American Conference with the most talented team in said conference.

Saban WAS NOT favored in every game he lost. Saban did not have MORE TALENT than every team he lost to.
You are trying to make a point while using a huge fallacy as fact. Herman was upset in every loss he had. He had 3 losses to inferior teams in his last seven games. That is not a fallacy, that is a fact.

Ha ha. We hired a career dline coach that has never ran a successful offense, defense,or program.
Please explain why all these big time programs wanted Herman and why Vandy wouldnt hire ed orgeron?
Has Ed Orgeron ever ran a successful offense?
Has ed orgeron ever ran a successful defense?
Has ed orgeron ever ran a successful program?
Herman has done 2 of those. Ed is a fat zero.
LSU made a huge mistake by hiring a coach that won more than 7 games just 1 time at Michigan State.
Since youre stupid ill go ahead and say that my last statement IS NOT COMPARING the coaches. Its to illustrate that if you applied the same logic to saban that you are applying to herman, then lsu made a mistake hiring saban.

When Houston loses today what will be the excuses for Herman?
Posted by Tiger Ree online on 11/17/16 at 12:11 pm
After Houston's recent results and showing on the football field they will most likely get killed tonight at home.
What will the Hermanette's use for excuses after the game?
1) Herman knows he's leaving so he quit on the team.
2) The team knows Herman is leaving so they quit on him.
3) It's Houston (HOUSTON) they don't have good talent there.
4) It's the previous coach's - Tony Levine fault.
5) The starting QB is not 100%.
6) His players checked out after their loss to Navy.
7) It makes absolutely no difference at all that he is 3-3 in his last six games including losses to Navy and SMU. He is 21-4 overall and that is all that should matter and be taken into account when judging his HC abilities.
8) It makes absolutely no difference at all because he beat Nick Saban in the Sugar Bowl in the 2014 season.
9) It makes absolutely no difference at all because he was a successful OC everywhere he has been.
10) It makes absolutely no difference at all because he beat FSU last year and Oklahoma this year.
11) Even though Houston is playing the 94th ranked strength-of-schedule out of 128 teams they are still doing better than any other coach could do with the UH talent.

He has been favored in every loss he has had since 2009. Including the 3 he had in 2010. I guess he is a shite coach.

I was merely helping spastic Hermanettes make it through the day leading up to the game by saying Houston had a chance of upsetting Louisville.
That's quite the spin on a thread titled "When Houston loses today". You literally said Herman was about to get his arse kicked.

Did LSU under CEO's direction and a TE's coach as OC set multiple all time LSU offensive records. Records Jimbo Fisher and Gary Crowton couldn't set or break?

I guess you aren't smart enough to understand that I am saying Saban did not have the most talented team in his conference and was not favored in every game he lost. Herman lost to three dogs in his last seven games in the AAC.
Hiring Saban was nothing like what hiring Hermster would have been.
Alleva at the Herman hire press conference: "I know everyone wants a winner at LSU and that is why we are letting CEO - who went 5-2 in his last 7 games with one of the losses being to the #1 ranked team in the country by 10 points - go on to other things. We are doing this so we can hire a "GREAT" coach who went 4-3 in his last 7 games while losing to three teams he was favored to beat. One team who finished with 3 wins and was favored to lose by over 22 points. We feel we have made the best decision for LSU at this time."

"It can happen. Houston was a 22.5 to 24 favorite over SMU ON THE ROAD and we all saw how that turned out. A 38-16 butt whipping by the Mustangs giving up 303 total yards to the Herminator. "

Oh, so you go from comparing Herman to Saban while Saban was at Michigan State to now comparing Hermster to Saban in his time at Bama where in 2010 he lost to #19 South Carolina, #10 LSU by 3, and to #2 Auburn(Cam Newton) by 1.
Somehow this compares to Herminator losing to Navy, SMU and Memphis? Damn, the Herman love is strong among some LSU fans on this board.

Old enough to realize LSU dodged a bullet by not hiring the coach who finished in 6th place in the American conference in his second year on the job.

Tiger Ree's best arguments typically start and end with "I'm rubber and you're glue..."

Is it safe to assume that since you are asking this question that you have no counter to the fact that Herman was upset in 3 of his last 7 games by inferior opponents and finished in 6th place in the American Conference?
But yet, you want to the guy to lead the LSU program?

My thoughts exactly.
Someone that is an ardent supporter of Orgeron already has a lack of appreciation for empirical evidence and facts. No matter what evidence you present he will insist that it doesn't prove how much of a trainwreck Orgeron is and that Herman is a better coach. That's someone that has a religious devotion to one coach over the other.

No, they start and end with facts that anyone with half a brain can easily ascertain by going to one of the many football sites easily accessible on the internet.
The guy finished 6th in the American Conference with the most talented team. I'm not making this shite up or fudging numbers. It his a cold, hard fact.
