Do y'all realize that OU has been doing this for years and has been super successful? Just because Les made some shitty hires in 2008 and the co-DC experiment failed at LSU, it doesn't mean co-coordinators fail everywhere else.

UT has also used CO-DCs in the past (like when we won the MNC).

It is more of a SR-OC and JR-OC actually with only one doing the play calling.
