Tennessee fans - Why not Tee Martin?

Can anyone provide a rational explanation why Tee Martin hasn't been offered the job at this point? He seems to be doing a great job at USC, plus the man won y'all a national championship.

I mean, he is an OC and doesn’t call the plays. Never had head coaching experience. Yaw Yaw was way more qualified when he was hired at LSU.
