Mike Leach or Les Miles.
If I were a Vol I'd be pleased with Les. Not a 10 year solution necessarily but someone who could right the ship and get them to a steady 8/9/10 wins for the next few years while they figure out whether to burn Neyland down completely or just set it up as a museum.

The TN job is even less attractive after this incident. They are going to struggle to make a decent hire here iyam.

- Kevin Steele would fit here too.
- Ohhhhh and you forgot that he's black. Lets not pretend thats not a reason for Tee.
- UT doesnt need a first time young coordinator.
- his wife apparently doesnt want to go back to kville
- apparently has a babymama problem in kville
- Tee will be sacrificing a lot to make UT his first HC job at UT right now. Can back fire on him quick, and hard.

Yea I've been saying Tee Martin since mid October but I know why they won't drop the hammer on Martin. It's a shame because Tee Nartin would be a recruiting machine at Tennessee. He can flash that 98 NC ring and tell the recruits, the Mama's, and the Dads that he knows what it takes to win it all. He bleeds Orange and his heart will damn sure be in it. I can't believe the Vols powers that be don't recognize all this.
