TCU hires Doug Meachem as new OC

Doug Meacham has been hired by TCU to be the Horned Frogs' new offensive coordinator.
Meachem, 49, comes to TCU from Houston, where he was the Cougars' play-caller this season, his only year there. With Meachem as coordinator, Houston ranked 35th nationally in scoring, averaging almost 34 points per game.
The Horned Frogs have struggled offensively since ex-offensive coordinator Justin Fuente took the head job at Memphis after the 2011 season. TCU ranked ninth in the Big 12 in total offense this season, and eighth in 2012.

They also struggled offensively since entering the Big 12 after the 2011 season.
Is it Fuente or is it the Big 12?
