Would set the program back to Dinardo days. Good but not nearly great enough to compete. Would always have 1 eye on the NFL. I expect a legit coach who has proven to excel on both sides of the ball. His defenses are shite, and he hasn't been able to fix the problem in 5 years.

He’s the best D coach in the game (Kirby)… but that dude has been recruiting some studs on defense the last few years. He’s out recruited Saban on the defensive side IMO.
