The defense, much like the offense had injuries to key positions that caused Aranda problems. Luckily LSU had depth defensively that they lacked on offense and the defense didn't suffer that much but they could've been so much better.

the only DC I can name who went directly from college to the NFL as a DC is Vic Fangio, and he followed Harbaugh from Stanford to SF.

Not really Elko is a top DC in the nation. He changed the culture of TAMU in his first season. TAMU won’t let him get away.

I don’t blame Canada at all. Must be frustrating being the OC at LSU. Being brought here to run your offense and then being told how to run your offense by a career DL coach. I’d have told him F you too.
